Advanced Mindfulness: Building Resilience
A graduate program to advance your mindfulness practice and enhance resilience.
This live online graduate program will focus on reinvigorating your mindfulness practice while strengthening resilience. Anyone who has completed an 8-week MBCT, MBSR, or MSC program will benefit from this 4-week program that recharges your practice and further builds upon your ability to adapt and cope with change and life challenges.
Each one and a half-hour session led by a professional mindfulness facilitator will reinforce and deepen your meditation and movement practice. Working within a group will support and enrich your understanding of mindfulness.
Bolster the skills you have learned in mindfulness-based group programs and be better equipped to bounce back from difficulties by taking this advanced short program.
