Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy for preventing depressive relapse. It also reduces acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Orientation & Session 1: September 19, 2024 | 6pm – 9pm ET
Sessions 2-8: September 26, 2024 – November 14, 2024 | 6pm – 8:30pm ET
Silent Retreat: Sunday, October 27, 2024 | 10am – 4pm ET

Participants taking MBCT for professional development purposes must meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Be registered and accepted in the CMS certification stream for MBCT OR
  2. Are regulated health care professionals in your local jurisdiction OR
  3. Are in related fields with relevant professional qualifications (e.g. teacher/educator, mental health professionals).In all cases the program facilitators will interview you to ensure the MBCT program is the right fit for your professional learning needs and if not may direct you to other mindfulness trainings.
