Learn practical ways to manage stress
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week program that can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and working memory, develop more awareness, increase resilience, and enhance focus and concentration. This psycho-educational group program helps develop capacity for greater calm and teaches practical skills to manage stress and build resilience.

Wednesdays
Intake Interviews (via telephone): Wednesday, September 21, 2022 | 6pm – 8pm ET and Monday, September 26, 2022 | 6pm – 8pm ET and Tuesday, September 27, 2022 | 6pm – 8pm ET
Orientation & Session 1: September 28, 2022 | 6pm – 9pm ET
Sessions 2-8: October 5 – November 23, 2022 | 6pm – 8:30pm ET
NOTE: November 9th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 5:30am – 9:30pm ET
Please try to reserve November 30, 2022 | 6pm – 8:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation.
