Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy providing tools and strategies for preventing depressive relapse, as well as reducing acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Orientation & Session 1: June 10, 2021 | 6pm – 9pm ET
Sessions 2-8*: June 17 – August 12, 2021 | 6:30pm – 9:00pm ET
* program skips July 1st
NOTE: July 29th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 5:30pm – 9:30pm ET
Please reserve August 19th 6:30pm – 9pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation.
