Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy providing tools and strategies for preventing depressive relapse, as well as reducing acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Intake Interviews: Tuesday, July 6, 2021 | 6pm – 8pm ET and Wednesday, July 7, 2021 6pm – 8pm ET
Orientation & Session 1: July 13, 2021 | 6pm – 9pm ET
Sessions 2-8: July 20 – September 7, 2021 | 6pm – 8:30pm ET
NOTE: August 24th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 5:30pm – 9:30pm ET
Please reserve September 14th 6pm – 8:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation
