The Centre for Mindfulness Studies (The Centre) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, amend or update these Terms of Use at any time and you agree to be bound by such additions, amendments or updates. User License
The Centre’s website and all content provided on the website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property and property rights laws. It is owned, controlled, and/or licensed by The Centre and/or its affiliates, or it is made available to you with the permission of the third-party owner.

a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on The Centre’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Non-Transferrable
A user’s right to use the website is not transferable. Any password or right given to the user to obtain access to any material/content is not transferable.

Governing Law
