Train to facilitate MBCT programs in an immersive online atmosphere with guidance from highly skilled health care providers and mindfulness facilitators. This is the third module of our MBCT Facilitation Certificate Program. The course is open to all MBCT facilitators-in-training who meet the prerequisites. About your Facilitators
Patricia Rockman MD: Patricia is the co-founder and advisor of Education and Clinical Services at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies and the developer of the MBCT Facilitation Certificate Program. She has co-authored a number of publications in the areas of mindfulness and mental health and she has been educating healthcare providers in stress reduction, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices for over 20 years. Tom Heah OT: Tom is a mentor for MBCT and MBSR teachers-in-training at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies (CMS), and an MBCT teacher trainer with CMS and the China-Canada Mindfulness Association. Tom is also an advisor with the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. Full bio here.
