Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy providing tools and strategies for preventing depressive relapse, as well as reducing acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Intake Interviews (via telephone): Tuesday, January 25, 2022 | 6pm – 8pm ET and Thursday, January 27, 2022 | 6pm – 8pm ET and Monday, January 31, 2022 | 6pm – 8pm ET.
Orientation & Session 1: February 1, 2022 | 6pm – 9pm ET
Sessions 2-8: February 8 – March 29, 2022 | 6pm – 8:30pm ET
NOTE: March 15th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 5:30pm – 9:30pm ET
Please try to reserve April 5, 2022 | 6pm – 9pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation.
