Essential Skills for Mindfulness Meditation & Living a Mindful Life
Deepen and develop your practice of mindfulness in this 8-week program especially designed for graduates of MBCT, MBSR, or MSC. A signature focus of this program is on extending the discrete skills of mindfulness meditation as transferable skills, directly applicable into everyday life.

Orientation & Session 1: February 25, 2021 | 6pm – 9pm
Sessions 2-8*: March 4 – April 29, 2021 | 6:30pm – 9pm ET
* program skips March 18th
NOTE: April 15th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 5pm – 9pm ET
Please reserve May 6th 6pm – 8:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation.
