Mindfulness for Well-being and Resilience
This four-part mindfulness series is designed to assist anyone struggling with the latest covid lockdown and feelings of burnout. We will explore self-compassion and mindfulness-based practices to use in daily life in order to work more skillfully with stress. We will discuss the model of empathy and cultivating healthy social connections and emotional regulation through mindfulness, which creates mental and physical well-being during this time in the pandemic.

In this workshop participants will:
– Learn new and practical tools to care for themselves
– Develop strategies to deal with pandemic exhaustion
– Increase connection with others and reduce feelings of isolation
