Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy providing tools and strategies for preventing depressive relapse, as well as reducing acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Orientation & Session 1: April 28, 2021 | 5:30pm – 8:30pm ET
Sessions 2-8: May 5 – June 23, 2021 | 5:30pm – 8pm ET
NOTE: June 9th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 5:30pm – 9:30pm ET
Please reserve June 30th 5:30pm – 8pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation
