Teach MBCT Groups Online
Join us for this introductory workshop with Rhea Plosker for teaching Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) online.
This two-session, 6.5-hour ONLINE workshop will provide participants with what they need to know to get started teaching mindfulness-based programs online. Registration includes an Online Facilitator Guide that walks you through the details of using Zoom as an online delivery platform. The highly interactive workshop is intended for MBCT Facilitators-In-Training and MBCT Trained Facilitators as they learn to deliver the MBCT program in the online space.
NOTE: This workshop uses the Zoom Videoconferencing solution and other technologies and processes specific to the Centre for Mindfulness Studies.
