Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy providing tools and strategies for preventing depressive relapse, as well as reducing acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Intake Interviews (via telephone): Thursday, April 16, 2020 | 2pm – 4pm ET and Friday, April 17, 2020 | 10am – 12pm ET
Orientation & Session 1: April 17, 2020 | 2pm – 5pm ET
Sessions 2-8*: April 24 – June 19, 2020 | 2pm – 4:30pm ET
NOTE: June 5th is the 4-hour Silent Retreat | 2pm – 6pm ET
* program skips May 15th
Please reserve June 26th 2pm – 4:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in case of technical difficulties.
