Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy providing tools and strategies for preventing depressive relapse, as well as reducing acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Intake Interviews (via telephone): February 22, 2021 | 5pm – 9pm ET
Orientation & Session 1: March 1, 2021 | 5:30pm – 8:30pm ET
Sessions 2-8*: March 8 – May 3, 2021 | 5:30pm – 8pm ET
* program skips April 5th
NOTE: April 19th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 5pm – 9pm ET
Please reserve May 10th 5:30am – 8pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation
