Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy providing tools and strategies for preventing depressive relapse, as well as reducing acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Intake Interviews: will take place via telephone January 14-20, 2019
Orientation & Session 1: January 20, 2019 | 2pm – 5:30pm ET
Sessions 2-8*: February 6 – March 31, 2019 | 2pm – 4:30pm ET
* program skips January 27th & February 17th & March 10th
