Orientation & Session 1: November 29, 2023 | 6pm – 9pm ET
Sessions 2-8: December 6, 2023 – January 24, 2024 | 6pm – 8:30pm ET
NOTE: January 10th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 5:30pm – 9:30pm ET
