Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy providing tools and strategies for preventing depressive relapse, as well as reducing acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Wednesday Mornings
Orientation (via zoom) & Intake Interviews (via telephone): Wednesday, February 17, 2021 | 10am – 1pm ET
Additional Intake Interviews (via telephone): Monday, February 22, 2021 | 10am – 12pm ET and 6pm – 8pm ET
Sessions 1-8*: February 24 – April 28, 2021 | 10am – 12:30pm ET
* program skips March 17th
NOTE: April 14th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 10am – 2pm ET
Please reserve May 5th 10am – 12:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation
