Managing Mindfully in an Uncertain World 20–123–01

Start: Tuesday, April 21, 2020
At: ONLINE,
Fee: PWYC
Facilitator(s): Patricia Rockman MD CCFP FCFP

This four-session pay what you can series has been designed to help you mindfully manage during these turbulent times.

These live online sessions will take you through practices in an online community that will focus on awareness of our own experience in stillness and in motion, on self-care and how we can use our mindfulness practice to also include others and the world. This program is for anyone who is feeling the effects of our current situation and for those who simply would like to be more awake to each moment. Please join us as we work to maintain our mental and emotional health, enhance our resilience and care for ourselves and all beings.

Each session will have its own theme as we move from self-awareness to interconnection.

  1. Wide Awake: will help you enhance your awareness of the body as a source of information, increasing self-care.
  2. Moving On: we will work with the body in motion and stillness, increasing our ability to listen and give it what it needs.
  3. Compassionate Care: you will increase your ability to bring compassion and ease to yourself and others in these times of need.
  4. Connectivity: feeling supported and giving to others, enhancing health and well-being; knowing that we are interconnected reduces our sense of isolation.
NOTE: we will be asking for your permission to record the sessions. For more information, contact us.
