Who We Are

We are a leading charitable organization for mindfulness-based interventions in Canada that was founded in Toronto in 2011.

As a mental health charity, we help those who face economic and social barriers by providing affordable and effective mindfulness-based mental health services.

As well, we teach specialized mindfulness training to the general public, healthcare providers, and social services agencies.

Your donation goes towards affordable clinical mindfulness programs for people suffering with depression, anxiety and other mental health issues.

Every dollar donated makes a difference.

$500.00 CAD – provides an eight-week mindfulness therapy program to 4 people in need
$250.00 CAD – provides an eight-week mindfulness therapy program to 2 people in need
$125.00 CAD – provides an eight-week mindfulness therapy program to someone in need
$62.50 CAD – provides 1/2 of an eight-week mindfulness therapy program to someone in need
*Minimum $20 required for a tax receipt.

Growing up chronically homeless, in and out of shelters and transitional housing since I was seven years old, discovering mindfulness has truly been life changing. I’ve gone from chaos to calm. Mindfulness has helped me become aware of my stress levels and to be more attentive so stress doesn’t take over.
