Advanced Mindfulness: Building Resilience (Ontario Participants Only)

Start: Tuesday, January 26, 2021

A graduate program to advance your mindfulness practice and enhance resilience.
This live online graduate program will focus on reinvigorating your mindfulness practice while strengthening resilience. Anyone who has completed an 8-week MBCT, MBSR, or MSC program will benefit from this 4-week program that recharges your practice and further builds upon your ability to adapt and cope with change and life challenges.

MBSR Teacher Training Intensive ONLINE

Train to facilitate MBSR programs. This is the second module of our MBSR Facilitation Certificate Program.
