CARE – Community & Resiliency for our Healthcare Workers in Ontario
A free mindfulness program for mental health generously made possible by the support of the Echo Foundation.
CARE is a six-week mental health and mindfulness program, designed for caregivers, front-line and health-care workers, to help develop and sustain emotional well-being during these turbulent times. The CARE mindfulness program will explore the model of empathy and cultivating healthy social connections and emotional regulation through mindfulness which creates optimum mental and physical wellbeing during this time of pandemic and beyond.
CARE is offered live online so you can attend the group from your home or work space. Each session will be 1 hour long, and delivered by a certified mindfulness facilitator. Participants have the option to access daily drop-in support sessions that are 30 min to help them develop and maintain a regular mindfulness practice.
In this workshop participants will:
- Learn coping skills and emotional regulation
