Learn practical ways to manage stress
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week program that can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and working memory, develop more awareness, increase resilience, and enhance focus and concentration. This psycho-educational group program helps develop capacity for greater calm and teaches practical skills to manage stress and build resilience.

Orientation & Session 1: October 8, 2024 | 6pm – 9pm
Sessions 2-8: October 15, 2024 – November 26, 2024| 6pm – 8:30pm
Silent Retreat: Saturday, November 16, 2024 | 10am – 4pm
