Reinvigorate your Mindful Self-Compassion Practice in our new MSC Silent Retreat.
If you have completed an 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Program, you are invited to join this 3-hour MSC Silent Retreat as a gentle and immersive way to reconnect to your MSC practice. Throughout this retreat, you will be guided through the core MSC meditations to support you in rekindling your inner compassionate presence. Experiential practices that nourish the pillars of MSC; mindfulness, common humanity, and self-kindness, will be interwoven throughout the retreat. This MSC Silent Retreat offers the traditional restorative benefits of being in silence paired with the warmth, comfort, and care which flows forth from intentionally cultivating compassion for self and others.
Who Should Attend
MSC program participants, past MSC participants, faculty, staff, and members of the community with an existing mindfulness practice. We do not recommend the silent retreat for beginners or for those who have not taken an 8-Week MSC Program.
