Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy providing tools and strategies for preventing depressive relapse, as well as reducing acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Intake Interviews (via telephone): Sunday, October 30, 2022 | 3pm – 6pm ET and Tuesday, November 1, 2022 | 11am – 3pm ET
Orientation & Session 1: November 2, 2022 | 11:30am – 2:30pm ET
Sessions 2-8: November 9 – December 21, 2022 | 11:30am – 2pm ET
Silent Retreat: Sunday, December 11, 2022 | 10am – 2pm ET

You will be required to complete a specific Professional Development Questionnaire and Informed Consent.
