Orientation & Session 1: October 11, 2022 | 6pm – 9pm ET
Sessions 2-8: October 18 – December 6, 2022 | 6pm – 8:30pm ET
NOTE: November 22nd is the 4-hour silent retreat | 5:30pm – 9:30pm ET
Please try to reserve December 13, 2022 | 6pm – 8:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation.
