Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy for preventing depressive relapse. It also reduces acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Intake Interviews (via telephone): Thursday, June 16, 2022 | 6pm – 8pm ET and Monday, June 20, 2022 | 6pm – 8pm ET and Wednesday, June 22, 2022 | 6pm – 8pm ET
Orientation & Session 1: June 23, 2022 | 6pm – 9pm ET
Sessions 2-8: June 30 – August 18, 2022 | 6pm – 8:30pm ET
NOTE: August 4th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 5:30am – 9:30pm ET
Please try to reserve August 25, 2022 | 6pm – 8:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation.
