Deepen and develop your practice of mindfulness in this 8-week program especially designed for graduates of MBCT, MBSR, or MSC. A signature focus of this program is on extending the discrete skills of mindfulness meditation as transferable skills, directly applicable into everyday life.

Orientation & Session 1: October 21, 2021 | 6pm – 9pm ET
Sessions 2-8: October 28 – December 9, 2021 | 6:30pm – 9pm ET
NOTE: Session 7 on December 2nd is a 4-hour silent retreat | 5:30pm – 9:30pm ET
Please reserve December 16th 6:30pm – 9pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation.
