Orientation & Session 1: September 16, 2020 | 12pm – 3pm ET
Sessions 2-8*: September 23 – November 18, 2020 | 12pm – 2:30pm ET

NOTE: November 4th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 12pm – 4pm ET
Please reserve November 25th 12pm – 2:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in case of technical difficulties.”
