Orientation & Session 1: August 6, 2020 | 3pm – 6pm ET
Sessions 2-8*: August 13 – October 8, 2020 | 3pm – 5:30pm ET
* program skips August 27th
NOTE: September 24th is the 4-hour silent retreat | 3pm – 7pm ET
Please reserve October 15th 3pm – 5:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in case of technical difficulties.
