Orientation & Session 1: September 17, 2019 | 10am – 1pm ET
Sessions 2-8: September 24 – November 26, 2019 | 10am – 12:30pm ET

** please note that November 5th is the 4-hour Silent Retreat | 9am – 1pm ET **
