Help us bring mindfulness for mental health to marginalized people who live with depression, anxiety and other mental health challenges, by participating in Mindfulness Challenge 2017 and asking friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you.
Join us for a 4-hour feast of mindfulness practices to awaken the senses and cultivate mindfulness and kindness. The program is accessible for everyone, from beginner to zen master, and is designed to open your heart in a powerful way.
