A graduate program to advance your mindfulness practice and enhance resilience.
This live online graduate program will focus on reinvigorating your mindfulness practice while strengthening resilience. Anyone who has completed an 8-week MBCT, MBSR, or MSC program will benefit from this 4-week program that recharges your practice and further builds upon your ability to adapt and cope with change and life challenges.
